Why use TileGO

Leveling TilesThe conventional tile dates back to about 900BC, and the technique of fixing tiles to walls has not changed much since then. A level surface must be provided in order to start tiling. Very often, your floor or shower tray is not level! The most common method used to create this level surface, is to position a wooden batten (which is a long, thin strip of wood, used in construction and cabinet making) using a spirit level and then hammer it into a wall. Tiles are then laid on top of the batten and tiling begins. This method is dangerous, expensive and inconvenient.

TileGO can change all this, compared to traditional methods, this unique tile levelling system is Safer, Easier, Faster, Less Expensive, More Accurate, Secure.

Safer

When securing wooden battens onto walls, it is necessary to use nails or screws. This is a high risk job which can lead to burst water pipes, pierced electrical wires, damaged air conditioning ducts, punctured vapour barriers and holes in the wall. For houses with solid wood floors the damage caused by a burst pipe can be very expensive. Not only will the floor have to be replaced, the skirting boards have to be removed and as a result all the walls redecorated not to mention replacing ceilings for when pipes are burst upstairs. Also piercing an electrical wire can lead to serious injury.

TileGO adheres securely to the surface of the wall, totally removing the need for wooden battens and avoiding this type of catastrophic damage. After the tiles have set, TileGO can be easily pried from the wall and used again.

Easier

Tiling using traditional methods is a difficult balancing act; juggling spirit levels, wooden battens, hammer and nails, all at the same time. Fixing wooden battens to walls can be difficult; nails do not always go in straight and they can
